New procedures for cleaning and hygiene

Our employees were trained with regard to the new safety and hygiene measures. This includes increased cleaning intensity as well as increased hygiene controls for cleanliness and safety in all public areas and in the guest rooms. We follow the COVID 19 guidelines of the local health authorities.

Increased cleaning intensity

Public areas with an increased number of people, such as public sanitary facilities, are being cleaned up more frequently. Exposed surfaces such as door handles, card terminals are regularly disinfected. In the entrance area, hygiene dispensers are available for hand disinfection. Tables and chairs in our restaurants are cleaned with a much higher frequency. Items such as pens, notepads and information material are removed from the rooms and meeting rooms. We have limited the number of seats in our breakfast and public areas. Installation of plexiglass panes to protect our guests and team members in all relevant areas, for example at the reception.
